Based on over 4,000 cars constructed by Pullman-Standard beginning in the mid-1960s, many of which are still in service today, these cars have hauled a wide range of cargo, from logs to intermodal trailers and containers.

The 60' Pullman-Standard General Service Flatcars are available in four different configurations, each featuring superbly detailed decks with the correct board pattern, realistic wood grain, and bolt details. These heavily weighted cars come equipped with 33" turned-metal wheels and Proto MAX(TM) metal knuckle couplers, ensuring superior performance whether loaded or empty.

The backbone of the TTX 60' flatcar fleet, these cars have been used by many railroads to ship all types of general freight, including auto and truck frames, canisters, farm equipment, construction machinery, military vehicles, containers, logs, lumber, building materials, 20' and 40' containers, and 45' or 48' trailers. Depending on the configuration, the cars may feature two center tie-down channels (MTTX and OTTX), two center and two outside tie-down channels (HTTX), or an open deck with container bolsters for three 20' or one 20' and 40' containers (VTTX).

The trailer-loading version of the car features a hitch and rails, making it ideal for transporting a variety of trailer-based cargo. The detailed brake gear with piping and the 70-ton roller bearing trucks further enhance the realism of this model.
